The Manifesto

For Founders

Founders Need to Transition to Team Owners. If you’re a founder, it’s time to shift gears. You’re no longer the driver - you’re the race team owner.

Holding onto the glory days of being in the driver’s seat will slow down growth.

Great teams, not solo drivers, win championships and build lasting companies.

Success in software services isn’t about luck - it’s about mindset, discipline, and execution.

Here’s what we believe it takes to win:

For GTM Teams

Culture is Everything. You and your entire team have to believe in the mission. Culture isn’t a buzzword; it’s the foundation of success. Think of it as the engine that keeps your race car running at peak performance.

People First. You have to care about people - your team, your clients, and your partners. A well-oiled pit crew wins championships, and a well-supported team drives success.

Obsess Over the Client. Services companies thrive when they focus relentlessly on the client journey and constantly look for ways to improve. Just like a motorcycle racer studies every turn of the track, you need to anticipate client needs before they arise.

No Silos, No Ivory Towers. The best companies operate as a team, with a flat structure and zero tolerance for silos. Racing teams don’t have unnecessary hierarchies - every role is critical, and collaboration is key to crossing the finish line first.

Marketing & Sales Are Core, Not Add-Ons. Treating them as an afterthought is a recipe for failure. They must be woven into the DNA of the company, just like aerodynamics and fuel strategy are integral to winning a race.

Long-Term Wins Come from Small, Smart Choices. There’s no “quick fix” or magic bullet. Success comes from consistently making the right small decisions over time - just like tuning your bike or car for peak efficiency, one adjustment at a time.

Experience & Accountability Matter. When decisions are made by people without the experience or responsibility to own the outcomes, failure is inevitable. You wouldn’t put an untrained driver in an F1 car and expect them to win.

Service is Not SaaS. The playbook for software services is completely different from SaaS. Just like the strategies for MotoGP and Formula 1 are distinct, understanding the nuances of your business model is critical for growth and sustainability.
